  • Wally cheers Judy up by bringing some pots for her to sell in the halfway house shop. Chrissie tries to steal the money Lizzie hid in Doreen's shoe and gets the ink all over her hands and uniform. When Judy and Wally visit the hostel to see Susie, Mrs Beamish tells them that Susie has left. Susie turns up at Donna's asking to stay: for a moment Donna can't remember where she's met Susie before. Chrissie is caught trying to clean the ink off her hands and gets a bashing from Bea, Lil and Ronnie . Joan waits outside in the corridor until they have finished, then offers Chrissie her "protection", in return for a cut from the money Chrissie stole from the women. When Bea tells Chrissie that the bashing wasn't the end of it, and the women want their women back, Chrissie tries to claim that Joan took it all. This cuts no ice with Bea, who says she'll just have to come up with some other way to find the money. Mrs Beamish phones Meg to tell her that Susie has left both her lodgings and her job. Wally persuades Judy that she ought to let Lori know about her recent stay in Wentworth. Meg agrees with Colleen that they will keep quiet about it until Susie's parole expires in 72 hours. Duncan Campbell visits Brenda to take Elizabeth to visit Chrissie: she agrees on the condition that she can come as far as the gates with him. Judy gets support from a woman living opposite the halfway house. Duncan Campbell makes a preliminary arrangement with Chrissie for Hannah's escape in return for $2,000 to be hidden on Elizabeth on a future visit. Det. Sgt. Melville interviews Hannah to try to find out where the money is, but she refuses to help. Hannah talks to Chrissie about her mother. Susie phones Meg at work, and is given the address of the halfway house. Donna introduces Susie to her pimp Des, who deals drugs to Donna after Susie has gone. Joan tells Lizzie to spread the word that Chrissie is not to be touched and gives her some booze. Bea tries to apologise to Steve for the article, but when she is rebuffed, she is all fired up to take it out on Chrissie. Lizzie manages to persuade her that isn't a good idea. Joan tells Doreen to leave her cut of the take behind a fire extinguisher. Donna finds out that Susie is a virgin. Doreen borrows the money for Joan from Lizzie, who tells Bea. Bea watches Doreen hide the money, takes it and gives it back to her in the rec room. Lizzie admits she is also taking a payoff from Joan. Bea tells Doreen to put the money back until she can work out what to do about Joan. Donna lends Susie a dress for an interview: Des proposes another "job" Susie is qualified for .
