  • Myra tells the women that Stan's warning about Len is right, so they will try to get rid of Joan first, followed by Len. Ann tries to comfort Lyle, but her efforts are undermined by Joan bursting in to ask how long she has to wait around until Kerryn's body is disposed of. Sam realises she saw Kerryn going towards the visiting suite: Sarah Higgins says not to blame herself as Kerryn would have done it sooner or later as she was obviously in need of psychiatric help. Reb rounds on her and says she hasn't made much effort to sympathise with people in the past. Lyle crashes his car, by deliberately taking a wrong turning. Bobbie approaches Sarah Higgins to find out why she went easy on her at her last parole hearing: she says it's a matter of indifference to her how long Bobbie stays in prison. Judy is appalled that Myra still wanst to go ahead with the frame-up on Joan after what has just happened. Myra tells Sarah Higgins she can expect the women to have very special plans for her. Chris comes to see Phil and apologises to Meg for the party. Sam asks Ann to make an application for her real mother to be traced. When Ann asks her about Sarah Higgins, Judy rather disloyally tells she doesn't believe in violence personally but she can't answer for what Myra may wish to do. Sam tells Myra she isn't a drug pusher and Judy comments it wouldn't do her any harm to give Sam a chance. Joan plots with Lou to get rid of Len: Lou will be beaten up and Len blamed for it. Lou is understandably not very enthusiastic, and she sees Sarah Higgins and suggests to Joan that she'd be a much better victim. Lou returns to Sarah's cell to confront her her: Sarah doesn't recognise her and turns on her with a kettle of boiling water to make her back off. Chris offers to start group therapy sessions for the women. Myra stops Lou from having a go at Sarah Higgins, saying they will only have to face another visiting justice if there's any trouble. Len thinks the answer to Australia's problems is to send back the wogs and lock up all the fairies. Bobbie and Marlene bait the trap for Joan by letting her hear a discussion of how much money Marlene has taken on the book. Myra meanwhile lets Len know that Joan has gone to collect a payoff from Marlene. Reb refuses to follow Lou's order to fix Marlene, and says she's got the place sewn up as she can deal drugs under cover of the identity she's cultivated with Myra and the others. Joan collects from Marlene, but Len intervenes and takes the money to Ann. Lou tells the women that Joan tried to get her involved in fixing Len, so they shouldn't underestimate her ability to ride out this latest setback. Joan makes a counter-accusation against Len , saying it was him who was taking money from Marlene, so Ann says the only thing she can do is question Marlene. Marlene refuses to support either Joan or Len's story and denies she gave either of them and money and that the two of them were fighting between themselves. Lou tells Len that it was Joan's idea to set him up and tells him the plan about the bashing. Marlene admits she chickened out and couldn't implicate Joan: Myra points out she will now have both Len and Joan after her. Phil is told he has been appinted to the staff. Lou follows Marlene to the shower block. Ann gets a dead rat in the post with yet another note . Len is lying in wait for Marlene too and when Judy won't say where she is, Len bashes her after telling her he "can't stand dykes".
